June 22, 2026 A team from Communication and Works (C&W) Haripur, accompanied by Superintendent of Jail Mr. Najam Abbasi, visited the under-construction new juvenile section (children’s barracks) at Central Jail Haripur.
During the visit, the Jail Superintendent conducted a detailed review of the quality of construction work, expressed satisfaction with the current pace of work, and issued directives to accelerate it further. He also instructed the SDO C&W to immediately bind all relevant contractors to double the number of workers and speed up the work so that the project can be completed and partially operationalized within the stipulated timeframe.
