Accommodation

  • Barracks and cells designed and maintained in accordance with the KP Prisons Rules 2018.
  • Separate accommodation for women, juveniles, and under-trial prisoners as per legal classification

    Three meals daily prepared under supervision in line with the prescribed dietary scale and nutritional standards, with special diets provided on medical advice.

    Healthcare

  • On-site jail hospital staffed with resident medical officer and paramedical staff •
  • Regular OPD, in-patient care, and routine health screening for all inmates •

    Counseling

    • Drug rehabilitation ward with dedicated medical support for inmates with substance dependence
